The Consortium for the protection of the White Bullock of the Central Appennini, born in 13th February 2003, has the main target of protecting the brand "IGP - VITELLONE BIANCO DELL'APPENNINO CENTRALE" from improper use and falsification; promoting and increasing the value of the product; taking care of communication services to the customers about the brand, its features and the product values; and generally looking after the IGP business.
What is more, it supports the planning and coordination activity according to the market needs, it gets involved in quality improvement projects and supply and demand balances.
The Consortium works to guarantee the quality productions and the meat traceability, and to join production with delivery on consumers' interest.
