The Consortium to protect the Cinta Senese was founded in Siena in the Council hall of the Provincial Administration.
The Cattle Farmers Association of Siena together with Agricultural local authority set it up with respect to the European Union and MIPA rules. At present, in Tuscany there are more than 150 partners.
