OUR COLD CUTS

The Mattone uses only organic herbs: wild fennel, juniper berries, bay, garlic, parsley, sage, rosemary, Marsala, lemon, apple, orange and natural very fresh spices. Thanks to all that variety, we have been able to create rare typical cold cuts with distinctive flavour. Red wine, added to some meat mixtures, gives a unique taste and exalts the products characteristic. Our cold cuts are real delicatessen among gourmet specialities.
