To accompany a meal of soft and tasty meat, the Mattone supply its own red wine made up of the Chianti and Sangiovese grapes of more than 12 acres of vineyards. Wine is delivered unpacked or in bottle with the label Azienda Agricola Il Mattone. It is also used in the mixture of some peculiar cold cuts such as sausages or salami.
